"A rare breed, a strange bird."

Nati, son of Hedva and Maimon, brother to Naveh, Yarin, and Shira, husband to Shahar, and father to Eitan Yosef. He grew up in Migdal HaEmek and served as deputy commander of the 202nd Battalion, Paratroopers Brigade. He began his military path at age 15, choosing to leave the comfort of home for a military boarding school, where he graduated as the Company outstanding cadet and earned the Gold Pin. He fought in Gaza from the war’s outset, bravely leading his troops until he fell in battle in Khan Younis after months of continuous fighting. He was 27 years old.
