Capt. Elay Adany z'l - "Give of yourself for your country."

Elay, the eldest son of Orit and Rahamim from Tel Mond, and brother to Yanir, served as a team commander in the elite Maglan Unit. He was known for his humble leadership and unwavering dedication to his soldiers. On the morning of October 7th, he was among the first to respond to the defense of the communities near the Gaza border. He fell while defending Kfar Aza alongside two of his soldiers, after saving many families during a battle that lasted for hours. He was 22 years old when he fell.

Join us as Rabbi Yaakov Glasser reflects on the legacy of Captain Elay Adany, a courageous leader who made the ultimate sacrifice for his people in battle. This moving tribute underscores the power of selfless leadership and the profound impact of dedicating oneself to a greater cause. Drawing parallels to the example of Moshe Rabbeinu, Rabbi Glasser invites us to consider how Elay’s life calls each of us to reflect on our own role in building something greater than ourselves.
